Rental Terms & Conditions
Please review our standardized Ireland rental policies, insurance terms, and security deposit guidelines.
1. Driver Qualifications
The primary driver and any additional named drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a full valid driving license issued by their country of residence for a minimum of 2 consecutive years.
2. Insurance & Protection
All rental rates include basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Third Party Liability. Optional Super Cover (Zero Excess) waives all financial liability for accidental bodywork, tire, and windshield damage.
3. Security Deposit & Pre-Authorization
A refundable security deposit pre-authorization is required at vehicle collection via major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). Deposits range from €350 to €1,000 depending on vehicle class.
4. Fuel & Battery Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel or 80%+ battery charge and must be returned with an equivalent level unless pre-paid fuel options are purchased.
5. Cancellation & Amendments
Reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time through our Manage Booking portal or concierge desk.
